IBSH shell help! Lock user in home directory.

Hello there! Checked the oficial IBSH site and forums and it seems, that project is dead.
Maybe someone is using this shell?
    Basicly, i need allow to user to user command like this: ./hlds_run -game cstrike +exec server.cfg +ip xxxxxxxxx +port 27015 +maxplayers 16 +map de_dust -debug -nomaster -insecure

Tryed to ad ./hlds_run, hlds_run and whole command to /etc/ibsh/globals.cmds but no success.

Maybe someone has some easy solution to lock user in his home directory and allow to launch for example some game servers? I need something user-friendly like ibsh, because i'am using linux only about two weeks.
