RedHat 9 - Update BootDisk
Hi,
I have a very stable RedHat Version 9 running. I boot from a floopy. I have auto-updates on, and works just fine.
However, since updating - I need to recreate an update boot-disk.
Yes, I am a newbe - when it comes to Linux, and mkbootdisk doesn't appear to work for me.
Can someone give me valid instructions (detailed) - on creating a new bootdisk, so that i can boot with the updated kernel.
Thanks
Mike

Found my own answer!
I logged in as root - ran a terminal - then entered:
mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0 2.4.20-9
and it worked!
Regards
Mike
