Welcome to the forums, hanni!
You should probably check your printer manual for exact instructions on removing ink cartridges. Most manuals have either photos or diagrams showing the proper procedures to follow.

Its ok, I worked it out, it was hiding fro me, i turned it on so the thing went across, i dont have the manual anymore which kinda blows!
Oh well at least i got them now, hopefully I will rember for next time!

Glad you got it worked out. Check the printer manufacturer's website because you can probably download a pdf version of the user manual there.
