LTO Tape drive doesn't respond
Hello everyone,
I am trying to archive some data on a lto drive but I can't get any responce. I can ping the device but I think there must be something wrong with the drivers??
When I mt -f /dev/tape_lto3 status
The error I get is: /dev/tape_lto3: No such device or address
Also :cat /proc/scsi/scsi gives me this:
Attached devices:
Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 02 Lun: 00
Vendor: CERTANCE Model: ULTRIUM 3 Rev: 1770
Type: Sequential-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 04
Host: scsi1 Channel: 00 Id: 05 Lun: 00
Vendor: DS570 Model: Rev: 0001
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 03
Anyone else had the same problem with me?
Any suggestions, please?
Thanks you guys
