wow,this is one a tough one,I dont think there is one floppy like that

,but there other alternatives

There are distros that fit on a pen drive or a cdrom. A pen-drive distro shouldn't be dificult to put into a zip drive if that's your only alternative.
A floppy might not be an option at all. I don't really know, but most wireless stuff is relatively modern. That mean that it might require a 2.6 kernel, which will not fit on a floppy drive.
I am not much into wireless stuff, it's just not my thing. But maybe someone around can advise about a good pen-drive distro that can fit on a zip disk and has a good support for wireless devices.

Umm there's a version of slackware that fits on a disk drive callled ZipSlack
