Remote access to Sun's VirtualBox?

to boot-level of the boxes remotely? Web based? Or a client app?
Can you manage (create/delete VMs) through this remote access?
I'm curious if I can replace my VMware Servers with VirtualBox, but

VirtualBox is mostly for desktop applications and testing small new things, there's likely a lot more overhead. VMware, Xen, Solaris xVM are more for server type connections.
