    POP3 Ident query



    Hey guys,

    I'm getting an immense delay when trying to connect to my POP3 server when I'm behind a firewall (it's on a separate network). I know that it's due to an ident query timing out because I turned off Sendmail's Ident querying and that fixed the problem on the SMTP side of things. However, I have no clue how to turn off the ident query for POP3. I'm using ipop3d with xinetd, so any help you can give would be great! Thanks,
