BartPE linux thing...
Hi
I messed my Linux distribution (Ubuntu 8.10 alfa1) totally up (again
), and all my laptop does is loading Ubuntu, make an awful 'beep!' sound, goes to black and than it keeps beeping.
I don't need to repair my installation, but there are some files I need to recover, anyway to do this (like you can do for windows with bartPE)?
Thanks in advance
Teis

You can use your Ubuntu install disc to access anything you may need. Really any livecd will give you access to repair your system as all of the config is plain text. Remember, BartPE got the idea from Linux first
