How to install dpkg-dev on RPM based distros
I need to create .deb packages from my Mandriva. It only has the dpkg package which is not enough. Have you any experiences concerning the .deb package creation from within a RPM based distribution? I have alien installed, but it requires some additional packages like debhelper dpkg-dev etc.
