Issues with LVM on system shutdown
Debian Lenny/LVM (logical volume manager) installed/using only bash shell
I notice on shutdown a message flashing by that includes red text, something about unable to shut down logical volumes. while something is open. LVM is mentioned explicitly. It doesn't seem to be causing a problem, but i'd like to find out more.
precious little information can be grepped. I figured for sure that I'd find something under /var/log/ , but nada. grep LVM * in the log directory comes up empty.
Any suggestions? Anyone familiar with this LVM issue?
