Hmm, any way to get more details about my system or anything I should look up on google or the archlinux forum?

    On my distribution I have
xorg-server 1.7.3.902-1 (hope that means the X server)
My xorg.conf says driver nvidia, and nvidia is
    nvidia 190.53-3

I believe to remember to have had random issues with nvidia before. I will try googleing.

But I'd be grateful for idea how to get more information out of my system or what to search for on the internet, if you have ideas...

    Thanks so far!
