Full write access to VFAT sda5? help...
I set up fstab to automount sda5 (a VFAT windows partition) and I have read/write access to everything except what is in the My Documents folder. Anything under My Documents does not give write access, and I am not quite sure why. If I view the drive with the filebrowser the My Docs folder icon is different (looks like a symbol signifying no write access).
The folder is the My Documents folder that I use in Win XP to store all my stuff. Does anyone know why it won't let me write to this particular folder, or how I can get access to it?
I'm thinking that if I go into Win XP and just change the name of the folder it might work, but I'd like to know why it behaves this way.
