That's GRUB, not GRUP. (It stands for GRand Unified Bootloader)
Check your /boot/grub/grub.conf, and change the "default" option. The choices are numbered from the top one, beginning at zero.

if you can get into your OS, you should be able to change your default OS.
in GUI , it should be under utilities or system tools.
