securit level
Hello,
I've installed Red Hat 9 and I set up the security level to "High".
Now I need to open a port, but running Security Level Configuration, I can't specify any open ports, but only the security level and trusted devices.
I remember I coud do this in RH8.0!
Please, can you help me?
(I tried also with Gnome Lokkit, but the result is the same).
Thanks.

I really have no idea how these GUI tools work, but if you check your /etc/sysconfig/iptables, you can manually specify an iptables directive to open what ever port you want to open. The reload the iptables configuration with "service iptables restart".
