I have never tried to create an ISO image from .bin or .cue file. There is a Linux based utility to do it. Check here.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Hi,
bchunk
bchunk v1.2.0 - BinChunker for Unix / Linux
solved my problem.
$ bchunk file.bin file.cue image.iso
That is all. The package is available on repo.
