Setting up printer
Hi
I am using RHEL 5 in my office and am trying to use the printer. I am using CUPS and have successfully added the printer. The problem is that to use the printer a pass code is required and there is no option to enter this in CUPS or in the Redhat default printer setup. This means when I try and print a document, it acts like it has been successful, but nothing gets printed.
I have googled the problem and have found other reports of it, but still can't find a solution. I have looked to try and edit the ppd file, but am getting nowhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
