No shutdown with Elite boards Core 3 ...core 2 worked fine ...It seems all VIA chipsets wont work for several of the VIA chipset boards were tried and none shut down ..any help on the matter????????

The same problem
I have the same problem
ECS K7VTA3 v.3.0 - no shutdown.
However on the second mobo it's ok, why?
Any ideas?
