Voice powered linux distro

I am looking for a voice command powered linux distro, one that does not need a screen, mouse or keyboard. Does anyone know of a distro that does this?

I believe that Adriane might work for you. Named for Klaus Knopper's wife, who is blind, it is aimed at that community. Might need a keyboard, though, I've seen motherboards that wouldn't boot without them.

Thanks, kurtdriver and oz, but I am looking for an entire operating system built around the voice commands, not a downloadable software to enhance an existing operating system. If I can't find one, though, I will use Adriane, and no worries about the keyboard.
