    FileZilla Server SFTP and Linux SFTP not prompting password


    Hello. I have setup a FileZilla Server on Windows 2003. I can connect to it with FileZilla the client, and also using WinSCP, both without the SSL/TLS and but WinSCP will not with the SSL/TLS certificates. FileZilla was the only one that prompted for the accpting of the certificate.

    When I attempt to sftp, because ftp has been removed and I cannot put it back on, it gets to a certain point, and will not let me connect. The verbose output is...

    After that, the connection times out, without asking for a password, and when I try it without the username, it doesnt ask for eitehr username or password. I read the tutorial on:

    Whenever I search for this on the internet, i find people just using Filezilla, but I don't have the option of using the GUI because of how the environment is set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
