i tried it but i didn't like it that much.suse-gentoo-solaris are my favorites....

I've ordered the CDs, but have yet to receive them. I might try out the LiveCD, jut for the hell of it.

I much prefer Gentoo... LiveCDs are fun for fixing things, demonstrating linux to other people, and emergency linux access on comps you're not allowed to install on, but that's about it. Gentoo provides automation without harming customizability or speed in anyway, actually it's much more customizable and speedy than most distros are.

it was cool at first, but soon the "whoa, its a livecd!" wore off fast. its fun for about 2 minutes.
