From the way I understand it Zeta may not be completely on the up and up with regard to Palm and BeOS. I just think no one is enforcing. I heard that Zeta was based(leaked source) on Dano which was set to be Be's next version. If you are interested in BeOS check these guys out: http://haiku-os.org/learn.php
