Backup problem
Here's the error I receive when running a backup.

I'm using Redhat 6.2. I'm backing up a 30Gb server with a 40Gb SCSI tape.
Any idea what the problem might be?

After DUMP aborted do you get any specific errors on the screen ?
Check dmesg output and see if you find any errors ...
