What is -raw16? It doesn't seem to be present in my version of cdrecord.

I fixed the problem. Either my cd burner is really picky or I had 5 bad cds. Raw16 is a way of burning cds, usually only supported by ****** burners like mine

Maybe you should consider buying a new writer? ;-)
Considering how much they've dropped in pricing lately, it might be worth doing it anyway, to be able to burn faster than 2x?

I sent this company my resume which does contract work for the dept of defense. I guess they were impressed by my resume
I work at this navel base and the area I work in specializes on firewalls. So I get to play with expensive checkpoint firewalls and solaris machines all day.
