Yes, "Linux XP" does exists, and it has absoltely nothing to do with Microsoft, before anyone asks...
Linux XP is a Russian Linux Distribution.

I had no idea, that somebody made such a distro.
I did get a few laughs out of the humorous one though. Seen it a while ago.How to know if you are a geek.

The date for the .iso is 1/21/2005, so its possible that its not dormant. Though whether it is or not, it is beta.
