Windows XP on one box (for games). Uber-distro Slackware 9 on another, with FreeBSD running on a really old machine as a firewall. FreeBSD rocks BTW!

Linux Red Hat 9.0 Server: Athlon 500 MHz, 196 Meg Ram, 20 Gig HD
Workstation 1(Ranger):XP 1700+, 256 Meg Ram, 60 Gig HD, Win XP
Workstation 2(Explorer):XP 1700+,128 Meg DDR-Ram, 10 Gig HD, Win XP
Workstation 3(Mustang):Celeron 600 MHz (Laptop), 196 Meg Ram, 6 Gig HD, Win XP

Single boot Gentoo here.
It's a sad fact that there is so much waste of HDD space and CPU cycles out there just for gaming...if you guys would all just convert to console gaming....

But why buy a 200 dollar console JUST for gaming when you can game on what you have
