    ok some how i got it working and im using linux as i type. lol whooohooo

    just 1 more thing plz how do i enable java on this ???

    How did you get it to work?

    Anyhow, to enable Java, go to http://java.sun.com/, and download their JRE (Java Runtime Environment). I believe installation instructions come with it, but I'm not sure. If they don't, just post again.
    The reason most Linux distros ship without Java support is because there is not yet a good open-source implementation for it, and almost no distros will agree to ship proprietary software.
