Sorry I just mean that theres a lot of stuff, like pro and simple and there are demo versions and things like that and it makes me confused. Do the new versions use xorg? Stuff like that.

I would go for simply and install required tools etc. with apt later.

I use simply myself, and I am not missing anything. Actually, I am still using 2004.06 because I have no reason to install 3.3, this one works very well. As far as I know, the only real sub-distro is a german-language version, I forget what it is called.
