do you subscribe to a linux mag?

Anybody subsribe to a linux magazine?
I like magazines as a way to keep up to date on things. Have subscribtions to a few mountain bike mags, few car mags, and of course . . . Maxim.

So yeah . . . what are some good linux magazine's and a brief pros and cons?
    Thanks!

I don't suscribe to any, but have picked up a few copies of LinuxFormat in my time. I found this thread that might be helpful: http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/top...highlight=mags

i buy linux format, it's a very good informative uk magazine, it also comes with a dvd of software, i also like linux journal, what drew me to them was their sense of humour, most notably on the dec 2000 edition

EDIT: Just suscribed to TUX-magazine with your link... Thanx!

I subscribe to Linux Format-DVD edition and ocassionally pick up a Linux User & Developer mag.
LU&D usually will have 2 CD's with a distro on each one.

Both mags are very good but would recommend Linux Format for the novice.

You get a good variety of distros and software on the Linux Format DVD and they
do have some very good tutorials.

i checked out tuxmagazine, both issues, march and may, but after reading through it i couldn't help noticing the fact it didn't tell me anything i didn't already know, i feel this is one more for the beginner, mind you it probably would have been easier to figure that out had i actually stopped to read the site where it says "the first and only magazine for the new linux user".
i'm sure someone will find it usefull though
