Take your XP installation CD, let it boot all the way up. You'll have 3 choices, select R for repair.

You'll then be asked which windows installation you wish to repair. Select it, and give the administrative password when asked. You'll then see a DOS prompt.

    At the prompt type: FIXMBR

When asked, type yes, then exit.

The machine should then restart. That's it. Should be good to go at that point.
