Haunted
I think my computer is haunted. Occasionally, while I'm doing stuff, random sequences of B's, N's, and dashes (-) will appear in whatever text field I happen to be typing into. Then, either the "Make the computer turn off" menu will pop up or something will press Ctrl+F and press b and n and the - some more. It's totally random. I think that it smells of hacking, but there doesn't seem to be any network activity when it happens.
The machine I'm using dual-boots windowsXP, and stuff like this happened when I primarily used windows too.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?

My only thought would be the keyboard. Have you maybe tried using a different keyboard and see if the problem happens?

Thanks.
I think that was it. I've switched keyboards and it doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Thank you.

It would be interesting having a haunted PC, though
