is there an iso maker program for linux (like alcohol 52% for windows)? i havnt been able to find one..

you could try kiso, i think it requires the kde libs though, also it will break isos open for you so that you can modify them

As long as you had the KDE libs loaded/installed, yes.

Install mkisofs, it works in the console, but it's not that difficult.

yea i already did mkisofs -help... its kinda complicated

You could use a burning program to do that if you're too lazy to read the mkisofs manual.
