    Convert PDF files to ASCII Text Files

    I have a large number of reports created with Oracle reports that output as PDF files on a nightly basis. I need a way to convert all of the PDF files to ASCII Text files so the current Optical Solution will import them. I want to preserve page breaks, columns, etc.

    Any one know of something I can utilize/purchase to do what I want?

    The "xpdf" packages comes with the "pdftotext" command.
