    hotmail problems behind redhat 8.0 box

    He guys,

    I have this strange problem.
    I setup a redhat 8.0 box with Iptables.
    The strange thing is that i can not access my inbx from hotmail behind this box.
    Also the telnet session freezes when i telnet to the server from a remote location.e.g if i do a ls -l.

    can anyone help me out here ?
