    whats Vecorlinux 4.3 like?


    i read that vecorlinux would be good for a older computer

    eg. my old computer

    Pentium mmx 233mhz
    64mb ram
    2x3gb hdd (1 for Win98, 1 for Linux)
    2mb s3 video card
    crappy Benq cd burner
    4x Usb ports
    LAN card
    ISA sound card

    if VL would not run or there is something better, please post it.

    I think it would run fine, I have installed slackware 10.0 with KDE on a lappy with a p2 200MHz and 63 MB RAM for my sister to play around with, and that actually worked pretty good except that you have to wait some seconds more for applications to start, but... If I were you I would give it a try.
