Occupations
I wasn't sure where to put this but whatever. My question is what does everyone here do for a living, specifically if it's computer related. I'm graduating high shcool this year and I need to think about a future occupation and I know I want it to be computer related. I'd LOVE to do something with linux or unix, and I know there's stuff out there and I've heard people talk about their jobs a bit but I wan't to know EXACTLY what's out there and what kind of classes I need/should take. Any info would be appreciated.

Actually, I have been working as a cashier at a local supermarket the last 9 months. I'm starting to study at the university now, though, and I think I have to stop working there, since it's too hard to get there on time. I might very well be into a computer related job in a near future, if I'm lucky.

But Dolda, you're the king, any company would be lucky to have you working for them. I'm sure you won't have a problem finding something, well I hope you wont at least.

B.A from state college, currently Sun certified Java programmer. I have been UNEMPLOYEED for a year. Sure I had a job for about 3 months but now that's done, it's time to get back in the game. And yes, anyone would be delighted do have Dolda. He's a freakin God when it comes to computers (and probably other stuff).
