    openswan log file


    by default, openswan writes a log file to /var/log/secure. I deleted the file and openswan doesn't seem to create a new one. openswan was writing to it before though. I need to view openswan's log.

    Although these is a very old post, but lemme reply !!

    configure openswan again..just do make programs and make install again and should be fine !

    If u have deleted the file, then I am not sure how to retrieve the deleted files, may be u can google a bit !!! i m sure u'll find a lot of options !! If its about retrieving the contents, then perhaps, this is the wrong title for yr post...
