    run asp, or c# in red hat Linux 8.0

    i'm new bie of linux, any one know is it possible to run .net languageweb site in Linux. Linux has only apache such a web server. Any one know how to get linux support asp or other language

    Apache has modules that can display that.

    I think that there's also on ongoing project for a .NET compatibility layer called Mono or something. I really don't know much about it, though.

    mono is for C#, dotGNU is for .NET. Two separate, sometimes competing, entities. Check out (I think) for mono/C# stuff. I guess they have the compiler able to compile itself, and it has a gtk+ binding for it too.
    I respectfully decline the invitation to join your delusion.

    thank i will try these modules..They are separate i just make in VIM then compile in console.....i will play around with these,,thank again
