There is a KPart for doing this, It's called KChmPart. It is in by default in Mandrake now, but I don't have it in SuSE 9.3. It used to work by right clicking and choosing Preview in KChmPart.... I actually need to track this down for myself, I'll have a look around and post back when I get it.

I think it's called Kchmviewer. Can't remember exactly, though.
