I would like to know how to remove my linux partition so that I can put Windows XP on. Then put linux back on. Any help would be very apreciated....

    How do I remove my Linux partition and install Windows?

    I would like to know how to remove my linux partition so that I can put Windows XP on. Then put linux back on. Any help would be very apreciated.

    Just remove it with the partition manager in the windows xp installation program. (It will probably report the linux partition as "unknown partition type"... bastards!)

    Yeah, but how do I get there? My XP CD won't auto-boot from restart.

    Yeah it is set to boot to CD first, but the disk just spins then Linux GRUB appears

    But doesn't that mean that something's wrong with your XP CD? Try disconnecting the hard drive from the IDE bus and see what it says.
