Any BitTorrent Client that has a linux version can work with Fedora Core 4 (or any other distribution, for that matter). Try Azureus. I believe it only has one dependency (Java).

I'm not a big fan of torrent downloading, but when I do need one, bittorrent generally works well for me.

If you want a slightly lighter client than Azureus, you could try qtorrent.
