    LiveCD from scratch

    Does anyone know where I can find a guide, or a collection of documents that i could use as a reference for creating a livecd from scratch?

    I know mostly everything i need to know, but some areas are grey to me, so I'd like to read as much documentation on distribution building. I've read LFS, Pocket Linux, and a small tutorial on bootable CDs and am just wondering if mixing the three will be good enough, or if there might something a little more specific to LiveCDs.

    I'm not interested in creating an iso of gentoo, mandrake, or whatever... using their tools. I'd prefer to create this from scratch.
