Hi All

I build a RPM but it works only when i log in as ROOT
if i log in as user then it gives the following errors:

error: cannot get exclusive lock on /var/lib/rpm/Packages
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Operation not permitted (1)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm

I was able to build it as non root user but when i tried to install it as nonroot user then it gives the above error...i would like to ask that can i install it as a non root user if yes then how and if no then why..?Do anybody have any idea whats going wrong
Please Help me to resolve this issue
