How do i completly remove linux and Lilo boot. i tried just delelting the partition but lilo didnt like that...so how do i get rid of it all??...

Delete/format the linux partitions, Goto www.bootdisk.com and download a win98 boot disk. Boot from the floppy and fdisk /MBR will get rid of lilo.

wont that get rid of the windows boot thing though?

It will install the windows bootloader or something but if you use win2k or higher it wont work ( I think )
