    Check your httpd.conf file which is usually in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf.

    On most distro's the document root is in /var/www/htdocs but on others it's /var/www/localhost/htdocs and others /srv/www/htdocs, so I advise you to check the config file.

    Just moved from Windows to Linux and it owns :P (Mandrake 10.1 atm)
