    How to read "svn co svn"

    Hi folks,

    FC3

    Subversion is not installed on my FC3 box.

    Is there any solution to read/to download;
    Code:
    svn co svn://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/livecd/trunk lfs-livecd
    on this box without installing Subversion. ???

    TIA

    Not unless they have an http/ftp/rsync/cvs mirror (some other way to get it). Subversion has its own protocol, therefore you have to use a subversion client to connect to a server. I'd suggest just downloading/installing subversion.

    Hi sarumont,

    Tks for your advice.

    My problem is that I'm not allowed to touch the FC3 box. Therefore the only solution for me is to run a LiveCD and get Subversion installed on the ram_disk. Download/Read the file and the attached the same to an email. Then I can read the document on FC3.
