bootup problem
hi there i've got a slight problem...
about a month or so ago i installed Gentoo on my comp (even though it wasn't quite the mandrake installer i had been using before, i made it and it was quite nice).
After some time, Windows kinda' crashed because of graphical problems (i dualbooted with lilo before the crash, on separate harddrives).
So i reinstalled windows and found myself rebooting the computer (after the installation) with that neat & cosy XP logo.
Windows XP had taken over my entire MBR.
of course this was kinda pestering because i don't have any "boot-3,5:er".
i want to know if i have to go through that rather long "Gentoo-stage 1" installation again.
also, if you help me with getting into my linux again, what do i have to do to get my lilo back?
P.S. i installed from a live-cd and i've still got it (if you need that info...)

if uve got a live cd boot that into a terminal, mount the / partition linux is installed onto.
chroot into the linux partition.
run /sbin/lilo
