Spent a good few hours tweaking Slackware 9.1 to where I'm happy with it.
If I need to reinstall or move to a bigger hd what's the best way of arranging that so I don't have to retweak everything?

I've had to move my installation from hd to hd before and all I did was put in the new drive as a slave, partition and format it, then copy over all directories from the original drive. Make sure to edit your /etc/fstab and grub or lilo configuration if some things have changed (i.e.: partition locations, etc.).
