Why does hotmail look so weird in Firefox? There are no images when I'm logged in and it looks different than usually.
I use Firefox 1.5.0.1 and it also looked like that in 1.0.7.
What could be wrong?

More than likely Hotmail (owned by Microsoft) is using non-standard code in its pages that causes it to only render correctly in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

That's odd, when I use my hotmail account (only for msn messenger, got gmal bt i have over 150 contacts and it is a pain to transfer them) on firefox it is fine.... I could give you a gmail account if you like.

I have a hotmail account and it looks the same whether I am in IE or FF 1.5 or Linux with FF 1.5.
It could be you changed something in the way FF renders images.
If I were you I would take onlinebacon's offer of Gmail. It is much better than Hotmail, IMO.How to know if you are a geek.

Thanks, but I already have one. But my parents use Hotmail. I've offered them a gmail, but they are used to Hotmail.

About those contacts of yours, I transferred mine somehow. It's something with a .cvs file. You can read it here: http://gmail.google.com/support/bin/...py?answer=8301

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. That would also block content on other sites, right? It's only hotmail that looks like that.
