System Resource Identification

I was looking at this screenshot:

It has the CPU activity and other things displayed on the right. Is this a separate program or could this be something specific to Gentoo?

The program name is "gkrellm" and can be found on freshmeat.net

it also run on every distro that has gtk and friends installed.
