    Sound Problems (ALSA)

Well this is kind of funny, I have sound working for week's now. Today I started playing a song and instruments just sound as they are suppose to but when the singer starts to sing it sounds like a kid is sining.. and I seem to get that on every song I got.

Any idea what would do this?

What were you using prior to ALSA? I had problems when I started using ALSA rather than OSS but after installing the OSS emulation module, everything was fine.

Was always using ALSA, just had to reinstall few week's ago.

I am not exactly sure but I think my soundcard's rate got messed up. Anyone know how to change the rate?
